Launch the Damn Thing® Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: March 28, 2025
Welcome to the Launch the Damn Thing® Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate through our ThriveCart system, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation in our affiliate program and outline the responsibilities and expectations for all affiliates.

1. Enrollment & Acceptance
By joining our affiliate program via ThriveCart, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.


We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.



2. Commission Structure & Payouts
Commission Rate: Affiliates earn 20% commission on most products in our shop.


Tracking & Attribution:


Your affiliate link will be cookied for up to 60 days.


The program follows a last-click attribution model, meaning the last affiliate link clicked before purchase will receive the commission.


Payout Schedule:


Commissions are paid automatically via PayPal 30 days after the purchase to allow for refund periods.


Minimum Payout Threshold: There is no minimum threshold—payments are made automatically if a commission is earned.



3. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must comply with the following promotional rules:
✅ Permitted Marketing Methods:
Sharing your unique affiliate link on blogs, social media, email newsletters, and personal websites.


Running paid ads, as long as they do not directly compete with our own advertising efforts (see below).


Prohibited Marketing Methods:
No false claims, misleading information, or deceptive sales tactics.


No bidding on our brand name or trademarks in paid ads (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).


No spam (e.g., mass unsolicited emails, comment spam, or social media spam).


No using your own affiliate link to purchase our products (self-referrals).


Violation of these guidelines may result in commission forfeiture or removal from the affiliate program.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring your affiliate link is correctly implemented and used.


You must comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements (i.e., clearly stating that you earn a commission on referrals).


You are responsible for any tax obligations related to your commissions.



5. Termination & Modification
We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at our discretion for violations of these terms.


We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.



6. Disclaimers & Liability
We make no guarantees regarding earnings or the performance of the affiliate program.


We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the program.



7. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By participating in the Launch the Damn Thing® Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue your participation.
